Hey there 👋

Over the course of my 12-year career, I have helped 45 companies in product, freelance, and agency roles. Currently, I lead a remote product design team at Memory. Formerly I worked at the award-winning agencies Metalab and Antrop.

My design approach is adaptable, results-oriented and prioritizes the success of my team and the business as a whole. I don't seek personal recognition and I am satisfied with the work avoided as much as the work shipped.

When in a leading role, I strive to develop an effective team based on trust, belonging and shared responsibility. I’m often appreciated for my big-picture perspective, my contagious energy, and for candidly arguing with upper management on my team’s behalf. I’m also known for throwing kick-ass workshops.

Originally from northern Sweden, I’m currently based in Palo Alto, California. Outside of work, I love playing with my Labrador pack on the beach and searching for the perfect halloumi around the world with my smart wife. I’m also a big fan of whales, woodworking, and Star Trek.

Facilitation. Helping groups achieve their full potential.

I specialize in facilitating meetings and workshops that enable groups to tap into their collective potential and achieve their objectives. My approach is centered on creating a collaborative environment where all voices are heard, and I use various techniques to facilitate productive conversations and goal-setting that lead to concrete outcomes.

We also tend to have a lot of fun 🥳

Research. Great design starts with relevant insights from all stakeholders.

Research is a key part of my design process, and I am proficient in using a variety of methods including desk research, interviews, surveys, and user testing to gather insights from all stakeholders. My data analysis and presentation methods are designed to be inclusive and accessible, allowing everyone to participate in the process.

Concepts. Quick and cheap methods to align and validate assumptions.

I design high-level concepts and prototypes to inexpensively identify and refine ideas that have the greatest potential for success by being desired by the market, technically viable, and having a strong business case.
